Session One – How We'll Live Together
Learn about the agreements that will guide our community and discover how consent-based decision making helps us create a culture of trust, respect, and shared ownership.

Session Two – Imagine Living Here
Take an inside comprehensive look at our completed design and discover what everyday life will feel like in the homes, common spaces, and neighborhood we're creating together.

🌟 Super Weekend
Meet our members, tour the old Roeder School building, enjoy community-building activities, and spend time with Katie McCamant, co-founder of the modern cohousing movement, as we prepare for construction and the exciting work of becoming neighbors.
Takeaway: Experience the people, the place, and the spirit of 4th Corner Commons before deciding whether we are the right community for you.
