Becoming an Explorer gives you a 90-day opportunity to experience our community from the inside.
As an Explorer, you’ll have the chance to:
Get to know our friendly and committed community members, as well as others who are exploring just like you
Attend our monthly online General Meetings, where you’ll see how we collaborate, make decisions, and move the project forward
Receive regular updates and communications to stay in the loop on the latest progress and happenings
Join us for social gatherings—both online and in person—because we’re building this community not just to live well together, but to have fun too
Ask thoughtful questions and take time to reflect on whether cohousing—and 4th Corner Commons in particular—feels like the right fit for you
Exploring is the best way to experience the heart of our community before making a deeper commitment. We’d love to get to know you!
To be an Explorer, you would pay a non-refundable fee of $150. Upon becoming an Explorer, we would schedule an orientation where you would learn how to navigate and make the most of your time with us.
