The 4th Corner Commons Kick-off Workshop is an exclusive, Explorer and Member-only weekend.
This pivotal event will dive deep into the practical details of what lies ahead as we move from these early days to the time of construction completion and move-in.
We are honored to welcome Katie McCamant as our main presenter, joined by Danny Milman, Shelly Parks, and Bryan Bowen, who will share their expertise and insights throughout the weekend. Together, they will guide us through the essential “nuts and bolts” of building 4th Corner Commons—from understanding the development budget and financial commitments to clarifying member involvement, development details and timeline, strategies for cultivating a resilient, thriving community culture, and more.
Over two full days, participants will engage in dynamic sessions, group discussions, and community building activities that will not only provide clarity of the path ahead but will also strengthen our connections as future neighbors. Continental breakfasts and lunches will be provided both days, and an off-site Saturday evening dinner is planned.
Each participant will also receive a comprehensive workshop binder—a valuable reference tool as we continue this journey together.
This workshop is exclusively for Explorers and Members, and the participation fee is $100 per person, covering all meals and materials.
